Terms & Conditions

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SolarDaam, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

ABOUT THE PLATFORM

SolarDaam is an online discovery and enquiry platform intended to connect customers with solar dealers, EPC partners, manufacturers, distributors and other solar businesses. The platform may provide business listings, product information and enquiry facilities.

NO DIRECT SALE OR INSTALLATION BY THE PLATFORM

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, SolarDaam is not the seller, manufacturer, installer, contractor or service provider for products and services listed by independent third parties. Any quotation, sale, installation, warranty, payment or service contract is between the customer and the relevant third-party business.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every listing, product detail, price, specification, availability, certification or claim is complete, accurate or up to date. Customers should independently verify business credentials, applicable approvals, technical specifications, warranties, scope of work and final pricing before proceeding.

PARTNER REGISTRATION AND LISTINGS

Businesses must provide accurate and lawful information when applying to join the network. We may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove an application or listing at our discretion. Registration or listing does not by itself mean that a business is certified, government-approved, endorsed or guaranteed by SolarDaam.

CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES AND CONTACT

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that relevant details may be shared with suitable solar businesses for the purpose of responding to your request, subject to the consent shown on the form. Businesses may contact you using the details you provide.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must not misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with website security, upload unlawful material or attempt to access restricted systems without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, products or services. Your dealings with third parties are at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, branding, graphics and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit them without prior permission, except as permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolarDaam will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for acts, omissions, representations, products or services of independent third-party businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CHANGES, AVAILABILITY AND TERMINATION

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, directory or enquiry service. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page.
